Privacy policy

This notice describes the bracket tool, its feedback link and the third-party advertising code included on the tool and results pages. Updated October 7, 2026.

Your bracket and exported images

Selections are held in the current page’s memory. The application does not upload your predictions to a bracket account or save them in browser local storage. Refreshing or leaving the page can discard edits. The image export is generated in your browser and downloaded to your device.

Feedback and technical requests

Feedback opens a mailto link. If you send the email, the recipient receives your email address and any name, message or other information you include. Do not include sensitive information. Loading the site and its assets also makes network requests; hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver and protect the service. The interface also requests the NBA logo from cdn.nba.com.

Google advertising and cookies

The tool and season results pages include Google AdSense code. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons and IP addresses to serve and measure advertising. Advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on prior visits to this site and other websites. Other third-party advertising vendors may also use cookies when serving ads. Actual ad delivery depends on the account settings, availability and applicable consent choices.

Your choices and contact

You can manage personalized advertising in Google’s Ads Settings and review participating vendors’ opt-out choices through AboutAds. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings. Advertising preferences do not necessarily stop all ads or all technical requests. For questions about this notice or information you sent by email, contact info@dreamofwhat.com.
